Saddletown Radiology Clinic

I had to do DVT scan for my calf and ultrasound for both heels and the overall experience was great. All the staff is very polite and helpful. I would like to specially mention Tansena (she did the actual ultrasound. she was very knowledgeable and made the whole process very comfortable), Fatima (she walked me to the ultrasound room and explained the whole process very clearly and concisely) and Elena (she did the X-ray and made me feel very easy and comfortable). All of them did a fantastic job. The front desk was also very welcoming and friendly. The clinic is very nice and clean. Lots of parking available easily. I had to go on three different days because of my schedule and every time I had a really good experience. Highly recommended!!

ZERO STARS!!! Had the worst experience, the tech for ultrasound named Donia Eid was extremely rude. I went at my appointment time and the staff in front was very nice and took me in right away. While I was getting ready to go in the ultrasound room, this lady who was suppose to be working for my ultrasound asked me if I am ready , i said just a sec . And she started getting rude to me by saying “ you are late , I am working in my lunch time “. I went into the room . Since her tone of voice was immensely rude. I asked her why are you being rude to me and she did not feel sorry but instead she said “ I am rude because when you are working 8 hrs a day , and it is my lunch time”. I told her why the front staff booked me in your lunch time . You are being extremely rude to me . But she kept her high tone and keep saying she has been working for 8 hrs and she is missing lunch due to my appointment. And finally when I could not take it anymore , I told her I am not comfortable get my ultrasound done from you. She did not even take a second to insult me further and said “ go make another appointment”.I will never recommend this clinic to anyone . I strongly believe that people such as DONIA EID who cannot make you feel welcome or comfortable, they are incapable of handling your personal data and privacy because they cannot control their moods and emotions and there personal problems while at work.DoNot go to this clinic for any radiology services specifically with this tech lady DONIA EID, unless you want to cry and ruin your day by getting insulted.

ZERO STARS … I would give 0 stars if that was an option. I took my mom to this place. The front staff was very rude and disrespectful. They did not have any customer service skills whatsoever. The ultrasound technician seemed like they did not want to be there. They were not explaining anything. They were behaving as though we were just a number and not a human patient. I will never go back to this place. If you care about yourself or your loved ones, don’t go here. I wouldn’t even recommend this place to my worst enemies. Definitely the worst experience ever.

They took very good care of me. They got me in for my x-ray and ultrasound as quick as possible.

I had ultrasound done on Tuesday afternoon and even after 3 days reports are not with doctors. I had so much excruciating pain in my wrist and even technical advised that this need to address by doctor soon as she find some findings, report is still not with sent out to my family Doctor.When I called, they give me very lame excuse that reports are not done yet, it will sent out on today or tomorrow when why will be able to generate reports.Show no concerns or urgency about patients!

Dr. Jamila sonogram is one of the best Lady I have ever met in my life. She is very intelligent Moreover the way she speaks with patient is very polite.

I had a pretty bad experience my son had a x ray and that part was ok quick but then we went to the kids hospital waited an hour in the line then finally when we came here they said they didn’t send them pictures of the x ray and then we had to wait another half an hour I would not recommend this 0 stars

The specialist rudely refused to see me because I arrived at the clinic on time (according to the appointment). In her opinion, I should have arrived 15 minutes earlier! This makes no sense! What for apointment then? I spent more than 30 minutes waiting for the next appointment! This was my third visit! The girls at the reception were polite and helpful as always.

Today I went for an ultrasound. The front staff was rather welcoming and accommodated me even though I was late. Thank you front staff.My sonographer - Jamila was so awesome. She was gentle and kind. I was a bit nervous but she was so professional and respectful I felt reassured. Big thank you Jamila.I would definitely recommend this clinic.

Saddletown Radiology is fantastic, they truly care about their patients, when other clinics were quoting me 6 to 8 weeks to get in for treatment, they were able to get me in within a week, the first thing you’ll notice, is they are more thorough when imaging needs to be sent to be looked at by your doctor he or she gets the best work that they can do. nothing but impressed.!!! I continue to refer family and friends to them, and everybody that I have referred have the same feelings as I do
