Overall experience is purchasing a used vehicle was excellent. This is mostly attributed to the sales person, Raphael. He was great! He was very knowledgeable and taught my wife an I a lot about the RX 450H in a very short period of time. We walked in on a Saturday morning with the intent to simply have a look at a used RX 450H but he convinced me to take one out for a ride and we were sold on the vehicle. He followed up on all his promises and more. Super guy … would fully recommend you ask for him.

Alex, the sales rep, did an excellent job keeping me updated on the status of my delivery. He took good care of all the admin tasks and the acquisition of my vehicle was very smooth. The car was well prepared with extras. Time to enjoy the ride!
