We were on the fast track to close and the realtor recommended Paul and I'm so glad she did. As I walked around the house with Paul, he patiently answered all my many questions with knowledge and insight, even following up with other questions I may have that I did not know enough to ask. I immediately felt comfortable and confident with Paul’s ability to complete a thorough inspection of the house which was critical as we were moving fast. He set expectation of when to expect the detailed report and how to navigate it and true to his word it arrived via email even sooner than expected. While Paul was very particular and thorough during the inspection of the property I was in progress of purchasing, at the end I questioned him if he normally inspects the well (house has a dug well). To which he replied something along the lines of, “well yea, but I don’t want to get my feet wet” due to the well being located in a creek, but accessible from the far side of the property. For a job that requires a premium due to the niche, which I completely agree with, they should absolutely be more than prepared to “get there feet wet” and not try to “stare down the customer” or provide them with snide remarks when asked to do ALL parts of their job.Ask them to jump, and they should reply with: How High?

A very thorough inspection was completed on the house in which I have made an offer on, in Farmington.
