Never thought I would be having to resort to giving a bad review,however tonight's experience tops all. To start the last time my wife ordered the food made her sick however we thought we would give the benefit of the doubt.Tonight my wife ordered around 730 pm and we figured we would receive our food after about an hour. All seemed to be going well.At 1020ish we called in because we had received no food and we wanted to figure out what was going on. We were informed that the person who took our order was not there and his brother had our order ther however he claimed we had given no number or address and our food was cold and would not be delivered. He initially said we did not give a phone number however he knew my wife's number ended 5522. He then made us feel it was our fault even tho we are regular customers and none of his accusations make sense. When I said I felt he did not care at all and made it clear I was upset I was informed I was banned from ordering from here again.I will not reccomend this place to anyone and if your thinking of ordering from here you have been warned.There is one brother interested I making this business amazing and another who wants to rui it

Went for Lunch to celebrate our 35th Wedding anniversary last month. The food was prepared fresh and was delicious. Very good value; we had another dinner and a lunch with the leftovers that were packaged up for us. We eat or takeout here ~ once per year and have never been disappointed!

I got the combination 3 to compare to the other local Chinese spots in Fort Erie and Ridgeway. The sweat and sour chicken balls are far superior to any other spot I’ve tried. The chicken in the chow mein tasted fresh. However, the mushroom fired rice was very bland and tasted stale, along with the chow mein, very bland and stale (other than the chicken pieces). I give it 3 stars because of chicken balls and the chicken in the chow mein

Visited on 6/16/23 - Been coming here infrequently for decades - (the border closing and etc is why it was infrequently ) Always top notch flavor and consistency to their food. Their Fried Rice dishes and Sweet and Sour chicken are by far some of the best and highest quality in the Niagara Region of Canada / USA. - Really enjoy going here anytime we can make the trip across the bridge.

After frequently eating at this restaurant over the years, we decided not to ever go back. A friend and I went for lunch one day over the winter and the restaurant was empty. One of the owners, Al served us. After we ate our lunch, I asked to order a meal to go and he said to hurry up because he was busy! Ok then. I should have walked out and not tipped him either! That's when I decided to never go back. He was obviously having a bad day and brought it to our table. I felt unappreciated and embarrassed. We have found a few other family owned Chinese restaurants that are much better: food, price and most importantly, service.

Absolutely amazing, the service and the environment.We took our 2 young kids and the nice older couple was talking to them and making them smile. They also ended up paying for our meal which was such a beautiful thing to do.Thank you so much, amazing food, great prices, can't go wrong!

We usually do take out, it's perfect everytime. We've ordered from Happy Jack's for years. They are always polite and professional. We receive our order hot, fresh & quick. We highly recommend if you're looking for great hot food with awesome service.

Our go to Chinese place!! Any time I suggest another restaurant my boyfriend quickly reminds me “don’t cheat on happy jacks” portion sizes are good, they are friendly, remember our faces/names everytime we are in. We are regulars. Lots of food and wonderful flavours

I really enjoyed this restaurant, the food was a little pricey but it was really good, I will definitely come back. The owner waited on us and he was so nice. There is indoor and outdoor seating(waterfront) and plenty of room for larger groups. I ordered a combination plate and the portion was so generous, I had to take half home.
