Elle Weddings

We hired Leslie for wedding set up / take down as well as month-of coordination services. While her communication was great leading up to the wedding, she struggled to manage everything on the actual day. Our wedding party set up most of the reception tables and our parents set up a good portion of the ceremony details. We did not expect to have to do this and it was a HUGE scramble.Later, we spent a good portion of the reception looking for Leslie which was a great frustration. Ultimately, a large number of things did not go as planned - including some that were quite important to us. While things are bound to go wrong in any wedding, what I didn’t expect was for my now husband and I to be managing it on our own. I still have absolutely no idea where she was for a significant portion of the night.In addition to all of the set up and coordination mishaps, Leslie was not careful with my dress and a large tulle piece ripped off right as I was about to walk down the aisle. I’ve now received some wedding photos back and this is sadly visible.Finally, she didn’t attend our rehearsal after she confirmed her attendance and was aware that I ordered meals for herself and her shadowing student.We are sad to report that we felt very stressed throughout our wedding day, which is a particularly great disappointment after hiring a wedding coordinator to ensure that we would be able to enjoy ourselves. Unfortunately, I am not able recommend Elle Weddings for wedding set up nor coordination services. I had really high hopes given her great communication and response time leading up to the wedding, but ended up being very, very let down. She cost us time and money and most importantly lost moments that we can never get back.

Leslie was amazing to work with. Very responsive and professional. She made our day smooth and perfect from organizing all the vendors, keep everything on schedule to setup/takedown. We were completely relaxed and got to enjoy our wedding.If you want your pinterest wedding, she is definitely the right person! We were blown away as she made our vision come to life, but even better than what we imagined

Leslie was amazing to work with. My husband and I are very happy we were able to work with her for our big day! We initially did not plan on having a wedding planner and just assign friends and family to help. But after much thought and hearing good reviews from friends, we decided to hire a wedding planner and thankfully Leslie was available on our big day. We cannot thank Leslie enough for being there with us. I was getting overwhelmed leading up to the wedding day, but Leslie took all that stress away. She helped me with our timeline and MC script, suggested ideas on decorations and flow, handled all communication professionally with our vendors and guests, and she made sure we were well taken care of all throughout the process. Our wedding day ran smoothly and it was perfect! We cannot thank Leslie enough for all the work her and her assistant did. If we can do our wedding all over again, we would call Leslie in a heartbeat!

Crossing paths and working with Leslie will be one of the most memorable highlights of our wedding. On the first Zoom call, we connected and knew right away that she is the one that we needed, and have to book her right away before another lucky couple find her for the same wedding date that we were targeting so we did not waste any time and expressed our desire to work with her.The overall experience was filled with so much fun and laughter. My husband and I are both doing full-time shift work and Leslie pretty much became our life line. She has such a friendly and easy going vibe which we loved, and yet she was professional, organized and efficient. From the planning, communication with the team of vendors, the rehearsal, up to execution of the plans on the wedding day were all on point and we could not ask for anything else on the best day of our lives. All our guests were so impressed and felt everything went very smooth.We are sooo happy and grateful and going to miss our relationship with her. We hired Elle Weddings back in 2018 to be our day of coordinator for our 2020 wedding. As you might imagine, our wedding didn’t go ahead as planned. Over three years of multiple date changes as the pandemic continued to evolve, Leslie was flexible, understanding and so helpful. From vendor recommendations to logistics, she always had multiple recommendations or solutions.Leslie is extremely responsive, professional and organized. We didn’t have to worry about anything during wedding week because we knew she would take care of anything that came up with ease (and she did). She worked seamlessly with our other vendors to create an amazing wedding experience and our MC in particular was impressed with her organization, making it easy for him to do his job.Leslie was worth every penny and we would not hesitate to recommend Elle Weddings to other couples. We truly could not have executed our dream wedding without her.

Leslie from Elle Weddings was such a wonderful help during our wedding planning process through to the big day. She created our wedding timeline, organized and communicated with our vendors, helped us take care of any details, and decorated our wedding venue. My fiancée and I did not need to worry about a single thing leading up to the wedding day or on the wedding day itself.Initially, we didn't think we needed a planner but after we hired Leslie, we were very fortunate to have her. Leslie was working hard in the background to make everything run smoothly. She worked extremely professionally with all of our vendors and our guests! Our wedding day was perfect. We highly recommend her if you need someone to assist in planning your wedding and to coordinate any large events.

I know Leslie from my days from playing dodgeball and I knew she was a wedding coordinator and provided wedding rentals.I wasn't able to secure her wedding coordinator services, but was able to rent draping, floral stands, golden easels and a wooden signing table from her for my wedding.Leslie was amazing to work with. She was quick on her text and email responses and was able work well with my eventual wedding coordinator on the days up to and including my wedding day. My wife and I were very happy we were able to work with her for our big day!We cannot thank Leslie enough for all the help she provided with her rentals . If we can do our wedding all over again, we would call Leslie in a heartbeat for our rentals!

My husband and I had one goal in mind for our wedding day - to be completely immersed in the celebration and enjoy it to the fullest. We're so glad we had Elle Weddings' day-of-coordination help for our wedding as we had the best day ever!Our ceremony location was not conventional and we had to bring absolutely everything into the space. It was also a separate location from our reception space so we knew there were many elements and vendors that needed to be managed. We entrusted everything to Leslie and her team and did absolutely nothing but enjoy the celebrations. We did not worry about a single thing and had the best time all thanks to Elle Weddings' careful coordination.Thanks again to Leslie for managing all the behind-the-scenes/communications the month of our wedding, and a HUGE shout out to Alyssa and Michelle for their care and support as our day of coordinators!

We used Leslie as our day of coordinator and she helped make our day feel so smooth and easy. I was starting to feel overwhelmed by the wedding planning leading into the big day but once Leslie started taking over our timeline and asking us all the important questions to fill in the gaps we needed. We asked for her help to create a simple photo backdrop for us last minute and it ended up being so nice, everyone loved it. Because of her expertise, my husband and I were able to enjoy our reception with friends and family without worrying about timelines or anything else. Would definitely recommend her!
