Nel cares enough about the people she consults with and was able to give invaluable advice regardless of what capacity you can be brought on. The impression I get is that there is genuine care about how you can move forward in attaining your career goals. Some of the ideas I received were not things I could have thought of by myself. There are some excellent mentoring points to be had.

During a very tumultuous time in my life, I was recommended to connect with Nel given her work in helping people just like myself find and transition into a new role. The meetings with Nel and our conversations were so helpful in validating the skillset I possessed and helping me determine some of my next steps during my search for a new job. Nel's work at understanding and working with me was a huge support! I would recommend her to any of my friends or family looking for assistance in understanding their options when in the midst of a career change.

I have no words to describe the value that I got out of counselling with Nel for a total of 4 months (11 sessions). When coming in, I was extremely confused as to what career path I should take, and had many weaknesses (and strengths) I was unaware of. Nel brought out the best in me by always reminding me of my strengths, and building up my confidence in the areas where I lacked it. The results were incredible: it fostered a respectful and healthy relationship within myself, and made me into the leader I should have always been. Your answers are never in the outside world, but always inside of yourself. This was the best investment I've made in a long time!

She truly cares for the work she does, and is excellent at coaching while helping individuals navigate seasons of change.
