An absolute dumpster fire of poor communication, completely broken systems, and inadequate customer service. This is the worst customer onboarding process I have ever experienced. CFIR at every step added complexity, confusion, and frustration into our process of working with a therapist.

I had an awful experience here, the psychologists here are very poor quality. They will not help you with your issues whatsoever, highly recommend to avoid this place

I've never had any issue contacting them. The secretary is nice, helpful and timely. Everything is done professionally and at the patient's best interest.

CFIR set us up with an excellent therapist that right off the bat just gets us". The online book also came in handy as (like most millennials) I truly detest talking over the phone."

First contacted them 2 weeks ago. Have not been contacted regarding our first or second intake forms. Have not been called back after leaving voicemails. Have not been emailed back regarding follow up on lack of response to intake forms.I really was hoping they could provide some relief to my relationship but we have been ignored. Heartbreaking.

THE CFIR never returns voicemails or picks up the during business hours. I don't know why they profess to care about the needs of their future clients. They are an egregious example of False Advertising.

You've already seen it in other reviews, but I'll add my frustration in too. Filled out the online intake form about getting a particular diagnosis this place specializes in. Web site said the form was sent. A week later, no response. If you call in, you will always get voice mail. I've now left a total of three messages a week apart and no one has called me back.If you can't accept new patients, then don't leave your intake form up! Incredibly unprofessional. I will be informing the organization I got this place's name from.

My therapist gets 5/5 but administration gets 0/5. You can't get anyone on the phone, and maybe someone will answer your email. The new client interface is clunky and inconvenient. I would switch firms in a heartbeat if I didn't love my therapist so much.

Not sure why others have had trouble contacting CFIR as I had no problem booking both online and also never had any trouble getting ahold of someone to assist over the phone.
