Motion Films

My wife and I chose Motion films to do the video for our wedding last year. Throughout the wedding functions they were friendly and on time. They did a great job capturing a lot of personal and emotional moments during the wedding and we did not notice them being intrusive during any of the functions, hardly noticed them. Very professional and would recommend. Our next day edit was amazing and I still haven't tired of watching the 30 minute wedding story edit" they made for us

Value provided by Motion Films can't be defined in words. Efforts of their team leads to a wonderfull experience and in the end, leaves you with the glimpse of wonderfull memories. Loved their work

Sunny and his team were amazing to work with. We felt super comfortable and they made our experience amazing. The next day edit brought many people at our reception into tears. Hands down amazing. Thanks guys!

Work is creative and they are good at what they do. I enjoyed working with them. However, a big set back for me was their response back and follow up with clients. They do not answer phone calls or emails in a timely fashion AT ALL (often times you are calling for weeks at a time, sending multiple texts, and emailing constantly). Perhaps they need a better admin assistant or don't have one? It was incredibly frustrating, especially when you are planning a big wedding. It can leave you in tears.Paying up to 10, 000 dollars for a service means that your clients should be able to get in touch with you within 24-48 hours at least. Waiting weeks for a simple response back or explanation for their absence is incredibly unprofessional (just use a vacation auto-reply in emails). This should not be a standard in the East Asian wedding community. Just some feedback for motion, your work is great however the professional side of things requires some major improvement.
