My buying agent tried many times to get in contact with the Broker/listing agent for a property, in order to get information and put in an offer and was flat out ignored. My children and myself were prevented from placing an offer and potentially getting a house, because they couldn't bother to respond to a request. Not impressed.

We bought out first house with Pat Nadeau in April. His service and commitment was unbeatable. With in a hour - 2 hours top - we had been through a house and Pat had a offer typed up and ready to send all on a Sunday afternoon. He made the buying process so simple on our part. He had no problem meeting and discussing any matter at any time and even helped with our inspections by meeting various inspectors when me and my girlfriend could not. Pat and the Nadeau team make the house buying process a breeze. 10/10 would recommend Pat and the Nadeau team to anyone looking for a professional, approachable agent!

I have nothing but good things to say about both of them, when it came time to sell my house we had 48 hours to find and close on a new house! Well Pat gave it his all , and continued to work well into late night hours to ensure we had everything in order. Great team very reliable and friendly
