The staff are very friendly, efficient and polite. The area is clean and quiet. Parking is easy.

Don't bother getting an appointment here. It gets overcrowded by walk ins. Don't even know whats the point of appointments anymore if you're wait time is same as walk-in wait time. Go to a clinic that takes appointments only.

Very nice people working very hard to get as many people in.

Talk about bedside manner. These folks are friendly and caring from the moment you walk in the door to the moment you walk out. The receptionists, the blood-takers, the cleanliness. Amazing. Just, purely amazing. Needles never felts so good. :)

I have several visits to this lab and always got an excellent treatment. The staff is polate, friendly, and efficient. I do recommend them.

I see a lot of poor reviews, this place was quick for a walk-in for myself. Perhaps it’s because I was super early. Staff was friendly and the lady taking my BLOOD was super good. Book an appointment if need be and go in the early morning. Great location with Starbucks right there. It’s also one of the better Starbucks.

booked an appointment online & came 10 minutes early. i witnessed the two staff members get in an argument with the lady in front of me but I decided to brush it off. I came with a requisition form from VGH since I spent the saturday in urgent care and the girl sent me away since she said there wasnt enough information from the doctor. I showed her everything the emergency doc gave me and she still sent me away.. Since my family dr retired, i didnt know where else to go so I went to urgent care in victoria dr. & the nurse there told me all the relevant information was there & told me she didnt know why the girl from life labs sent me away... I ended up going to different life labs location & they did completed my blood work just fine. Not sure if its the staff from this location but this was very frustrating and very unprofessional

Great staff specially the male technician who drew my blood. In and out of there in less than 20min.

This LifeLabs was friendly and efficient. Had an appointment and they saw me immediately - even a few minutes early. No waiting. Reception and person taking my blood were great. Parking in front was easy.

Expect a wait... It's a medical lab they make everyone wait. Trust me you'd have a heart attack if they took care of you immediately! So trust the wait, it's safer!
