Lougheed Hyundai Service

Tire repair - service manager sorted out a problem with tire flat with new tire and provided excellent customer service/support. I was very impressed with the level of service. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealer service department to family and friends. Very happy with the experience.

Ask for Sid if you’re looking at a car he’s very friendly and knowledgeable of all the vehicles.^^ it was actually a terrible experience at this dealership, they sold me a used car with many issues. The day after I bought the car the battery died when i had driven long enough to charge it. When I brought it back The next day they tried to charge me $120 for a new battery. I argued for 20 minutes and sid said if I gave them a good review they would make it free. I then had Engine issues and they were very reluctant to help me or take any responsibility as I had bought it from them just a few months ago. Simple things on the inspections paper were complete lies, like some of the bulbs were out when I bought the car and it said all the fluids were topped up when they weren’t. Makes me wonder what else was wrong with the car but I didn’t want to find out so I sold it before anything else went wrong. My sister was thinking of buying a car and she test drove one from their dealership and the interior hadn’t been cleaned since the previous owner and the salesman had offered to work a detailing into the price (during a pandemic). I’m sure most of their good reviews Are fake or just customers lying to get what they need.

I got an appointment for next 2 weeks, at 11:30 only for changing oil , I was there on time and they told me the car will be ready in 1:30 hours, they delivered car after 2 hours.when I have an appointment and their estimation they should be on-timeis not the first time for me happened like thisfor sure I am not going back for service in this dealershipthey are not on-time

I'm not even sure if they do anything or check anything at all within the car. Just to churn out numbers and get cars out of the door they just type anything on the report. I have a written document from these guys saying they checked my tire pressure and set it to 35psi. I always keep my tire pressure to 40 during summer and this time around I increased it to 45 to check if they actually pay any attention to the car. And to my disappointment, they wrote 35psi on the inspection report and it was still at 45psi. Makes you wonder if they are even doing the oil change or not.

Went here for a simple service which was supposed to take 1.5 hours. Ended up waiting 3 hrs which screwed up my other appointments for the rest of the day. I've had much better service experiences at JP Coquitlam and Openroad Richmond. I would rather go all the way to Richmond than waste another 3 hours for an oil change.

I’ve had to get my car serviced my Hyundai for 5 years in order to comply with my warranty. On multiple occasions they have tried to (or did) charge me for additional work that did not need to be done without my consent. All services, even a basic oil change has taken a minimum 2 hours. During all of my regular service I would get a call telling me that there was additional work that needed to be done for anywhere between $200-400. For things that should have been under warranty or where absolutely not necessary.

5+ stars for the Service Department at Hyundai Lougheed I want to say a thank you to #Vajinder and his team for their amazing service and assistance with with my car repairs. Vajinder really went above and beyond my car engine died and they helped me really I’m super appreciative for the kind and reassuring service throughout the process. Again, thanks Vajinder for your help!

Very professional and great dealership service..I would said the service is par to theMercedes dealership that I am using. Since of my first car, I used to own Suzuki,Mazda, Honda, Jaguar, Mitsubishi and currently volkswagen, BMW, Mercedes, and Hyundai...all of my cars went to dealership for regular maintenance...so far Hyundai and Mercedes are providing the highest rate customer service in my opinion. Definitely, would let them keep handling my vehicle in the future.

I will reiterate the comments about promising quick vehicle servicing but in actuality very slow. And they like to add unnecessary and expensive options - $235 major fuel service" at 30k kms? You should be doing oil testing instead to make sure there's no metal filings in the Theta II."
