They do a great job and staff is so friendly and helpful, the service is a bit slow but I gave them 5 stars. I know they have a lot of work so not their fault! Just plan accordingly so you can get you items when needed.

If you have an Original Delsey luggage, DON'T TRUST these guys to fix your Delsey Luggage. I brought my Delsey Helium Air 2 luggage in this store to fix the broken wheel. But instead of fixing the wheel, They removed the original luggage interior of Delsey (which has Delsey name all over as the delsey trademark of the interior) and replaced it with China made luggage interior (No Delsey Print!). They sew it back badly too. They didn't fix the wheel and said they couldn't get extra wheel from Delsey as they don't manufacture it anymore. They also want to keep the Helium Air 2 luggage as what the huge curly haired guy from Lou's was saying that Delsey will replace my luggage.When we saw the email that Lou repair store sent to Delsey customer service, Lou's described a different phase out model delsey skymax" in the email instead of "Helium Air 2" or "Embleme" which are the newest model of Delsey. Of course having 10year warranty from Delsey and Delsey's true to their word. Delsey replaced our broken luggage.However

Always had great service and results. Only recommendation is to alter the business hours for working people. They should be open at least till 7 or 730p. Maybe open an hour later.

I've used Lou's many times and always had good service and quality repairs at reasonable prices.

Very pleased with the shoes I got redone! Turn around time took a little longer than expected, but it was likely due to COVID. Happy costumer!

Exceptional service! I've had a leather coat and boots re-dyed; they look like they're brand new. They have maintained all of my leather goods for years.
