We hired Faulkner Electric to move our dining room light fixture, which required a new electrical box and wires. From the outset, Derek was highly responsive and professional in providing an estimate and scheduling the work. Ryan was the electrician that completed the job and he was highly efficient, clean and managed to avoid drilling holes in our ceiling. We are highly satisfied by the work and felt the cost was reasonable! We wouldn’t hesitate to contact Faulkner again for future electrical needs. Thank you guys!

We were very impressed with service we received from Faulkner Electric! We had a long list of items to be repaired and installed, including new under-cabinet kitchen lighting, repairing switches, installing new fixtures and bringing things up to code. Everyone we dealt with (on the phone, via email and in-person) were very professional and a pleasure to work with. We were amazed at how efficiently Ryan worked in the few hours he had in our home! He was courteous and vigilant with regards to the pandemic. And we are very happy with each solution that helped us with. The shopping list they gave us for the cabinet lighting was so helpful and saved us all that time of researching ourselves. Thank you! Very impressed with Faulkner Electric. My workplace lost half of the power and the property manager couldn't figure it out for up to 3 days. I emailed Faulkner Electric and Derrick came that same afternoon. Within a few hours, he restored the power. I wish we contacted this business sooner. He was very professional and knowledgeable. They did a fantastic job with our kitchen remodel, adding potlights throughout our main level, adding a dryer outlet and other miscellaneous electrical repairs. Very professional, on time, job quality was excellent, mess was contained and areas covered where needed. They did the job with minimum access holes and saved all the drywall pucks so we can easily repair. Super happy with the job and will contact them again when we need more electrical work done.

The person who did the work (whose name I did not get) did good work. The only thing I would recommend with this company is that they deduct the initial visit (which took 15 mins and cost $120) from the total cost of the work, if you go ahead with them (I can appreciate separately charging this if we don't go with them). I understand I was warned about this, but other companies deduct that cost.

Had a bunch of miscellaneous electrical work that needed to be done at my house. Faulker Electric was recommended to me, and I would definitely recommend them to others. They were responsive, quick to schedule my work, and completed the work very efficiently.

I had an electrician replace two baseboard heaters with new ones. A 4' long heater was replaced in the living room to allow for better placement of furniture. The shorter 18 heater is at the end of the couch allowing the couch to be placed against the wall. A kickplate heater under a kitchen cabinet replaced the heater that was under a window when the sink was moved into a new bump out addition that was built into the old window opening space to fit a sink below and a picture window and awning window above leaving no room for a baseboard heater. At the recommendation of the electrician I had three thermostats replaced with new ones. The old thermostats could not maintain a comfortable temperature in the living room or bathroom. The advice was excellent and now I have a much more comfortable home with even heat. One outlet was moved that was in the way of the living room baseboard heater
