Little Jumbo Restaurant and Bar
Unreal!! Unfortunately, that was the only photo I took all evening. After taking the first bite of these absolutely delicious polenta fries I knew we had found a jem and couldn't be bothered to take out my phone again! The food and drinks were fantastic! Not a single complaint at all! Thanks to Yan for being a great server! Will definitely be back and highly recommend this place to every one

Small space, very noisy. Service very good. Food good, but limited menu. Wine prices far too expensive; extravagant to say the least. So much for inflation, the place was packed. Far too expensive for what you get. I would pay this at the Deep Cove Chalet with no hesitation; we will not be back here. Also had to move due cold air on us.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience. We have been to similar restaurants in Victoria but this place is at the top of the list. Our server was really great. The food was amazing. Also the bartender is on point he is a master behind the bar. We already have reservations with some of our friends. Can't wait

Little Jumbo Restaurant and Bar
Nice cocktails and friendly service. Would have loved to try their tartare but they ran out. The mushroom pate was delicious -earthy and rich. The vongole was not what I expected but was a delicious balance of tomatoes and clam flavour. The seafood soup with the fish was wonderful -the fish was not just poached but panseared so it still had a nice crust. Mussels and clams were fresh and juicy.

Absolutely delicious vegetarian sandwich, and fairly reasonably priced at $12.50. It wasn't the quickest service - made fresh to order, it turns out - but worth the few minutes of waiting. One point off on atmosphere, the chairs don't fit under the tables so you can't tuck in all the way.

Good, not great. The menu didn’t match what was posted on their website so we showed up and were immediately disappointed.We got the tuna tar tar which was fine and split the burger, which was also fine (buns should be toasted on a $30 burger).GF got the marshmallow drink, she described it as having a strange flavor combinationIt was an average dining experience with above average cost.

Little Jumbo Restaurant and Bar
Came here to celebrate me taking my nursing exam. This place is the bomb!! We shared the little Jumbo burger which was soooooo good. It comes with Parmesan fries. We also had the short rib which was some of the best I've had. The meat was very soft and fatty and I loved the unique flavors it was paired with. There were blueberries, deep fried polenta, and I think some mayo. It was so good!!!The ambience inside is super nice and intimate. We sat at the bar and had the pleasure of chatting with the bartender Clayton who was so so nice. I had a lemonade but my boyfriend had a very smokey mai tai cocktail which was really good. Will definitely come back!

Little Jumbo Restaurant and Bar
Out with a few of my close lady friends for food and cocktails last week. Such a cozy, timeless room. Dark, intimate and bustling. We had the pleasure of being seated at the bar where the wonderful Clayton showed us an incredible time. He was charming, hospitable and made us so many beautiful custom cocktails. The food was delicious as well. All three of us would highly recommend sitting at the bar and letting him guide you through dinner and drinks. What a great experience!

Excellent service and good quality meals. They specialize in a few dishes so chocies are limited, the reason for only 4 stars is that we went for dinner and they ran out of spaghetti and steak which was what I wanted and the expensive cocktails are tiny! I almost started chuckling when I received my Mononoke, pretty much a fancy shot for $20. Somethings on their menu are justified with the prices (like the wagyu beef burger!) but definitely not the cocktails nor the tuna tartare (very small amount of tuna with filler). Took almost 50 mins to get out burgers but service was top notch and atmosphere was decent, not as romantic as other reviews mebtioned, especially when it's busy!

Little Jumbo Restaurant and Bar
Excellent bar with sophisticated cocktails. Perfect fancy date night bar. As a tourist, I went out of my way to find a non-tourist cocktail bar and they delivered. They have an eclectic and extensive assortment of spirits. Knowing it was dedicated to historic bar masters I had high hopes, but it truly exceeded my expectations. Anytime I'm back in Victoria I'll be visiting again.
