I have always visited this store when in Vancouver and bought things that nothing much can go wrong with them. The last time I bought an expensive nut cracker, made in Germany, it was fairly simple in design and looked like it was solid but after only aprox 10 macadamia nuts the metal surrounding the hinge snapped apart (no extra force was used). I have written to the store and sent photos but have not had any reply, not even a thanks we'll look into it". I will vote with my feet and not bother with them again

My sister in law took me to this store and I absolutely loved it! The prices are reasonable and they have many interesting kitchenware.They have measuring cups, measuring spoons, cutlery, peelers and so much more. The store is very organized and the lady at the store was very helpful.Checkout was easy and quick! Would recommend!
