I ordered a smoothie and it was disgusting! I've had smoothies here before and they have all been great. I brought it back to kindly let them know that something was off, it was almost like old freezer burned fruit. I suggested that and she wouldn't take my feedback or offer to adjust or anything. She said...its because it's a banana and strawberry with almond milk. Which I've had before. It was called Dream Smoothie with was awful. I couldn't even drink it. This was Oct 15th 2022 at 5pm

My salad was not at all as described on the menu. Many cheaper substitutes and disappointing visually. Doesn’t even look the same! Poor quality and taste. Super disappointed. Avoid.

They really pack the bowl full of veg - to the point it's impossible to eat out of. They should consider larger containers, as opening is messy and trying to combine the ingredient thoroughly so you're not just left with romaine leaves at the end is messier.If changing the packaging is not an option, layer the toppings in the romaine and lettuce because it's too messy for customer to mix.They also give the smallest amount of chicken/animal protien source. Overpriced for a bowl of vegetables and a couple mouthfuls of chicken. It may as well be vegan.

It's not just the healthy hearty menu, but the amazing staff that make this place so wonderful. The services are fast, with a touch of care, quality, and friendship. all the more reason that draws me back here.

I got the pesto salad, fruit and chicken wrap. The pesto salad was delicious! the fruit was fresh and the wrap was tasty. I got all this in a bottle of water for 12 bucks it's a nice healthy option for me because I'm pregnant. I'd recommend to anybody who wants to eat a little healthier. I've read a lot about the customer service on here, I don't know if it's the old owners or what? I noticed that the owners that own the Thai place own cultures as well. I had extra friendly service I would go back for sure.

The food at this restaurant was absolutely delicious. Each dish was expertly prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients and the flavors were perfectly balanced. I particularly enjoyed the salad and sandwich . I will come back soon.

Reasonable food, but extremely poor service quality. I have a hearing impairment which sometimes requires me to ask people to repeat things. However when I asked the employee to repeat herself, I was met with rude remarks and sarcasm. When I explained the situation to who I presumed to be the manager, as I was leaving, all he did was throw his arms in the air.I will never eat at the Sudbury location until corporate can teach their employees basic customer service skills.

I eat there often and although I really enjoy their food, i do not enjoy the service as the people who serve me are always miserable, they never smile and they seem very harsh with their customers. I have worked in the customer service for a long time and this is not good customer service. I understand being busy, but smiling and being pleasant to your customers is not difficult to do. Remember that word of mouth is very powerful, and I will definitely be sharing my last 3 experiences at cultures with people. At this point, i will have to find a new place to enjoy healthy food.

This place is so not what it used to be when a local owner used to own it. It's now taken over by the unfriendly staff and owners. Staff are so rude and short, except one woman that has been there for years. There is never much of a selection of salads, they are always out of everything and food is unbelievably over priced. I noticed they often close 15- 20 minutes before the mall actually closes and staff go hide in the back so customers don't get served. I am surprised this place is still open. Sad really. Wonder if the franchise actually reads these reviews!?

I went to order a Bali bowl for myself and a kid's combo for my daughter, and instead I was given a Peru bowl with sweet potato and told they don't have a grill in their kitchen to make the grilled cheese sandwich for the kid's combo. Extremely disappointed, my first and last time eating here. The cashier never smiled, constantly giving an I hate my job and all of you people" facial expression!"
