Furnace quit in the middle of the night.Called first thing monday morning. They called me back within 10 minutes and sent someone out that afternoon to diagnose. Next morning i recieved a call at 7:30am saying they got the part (blower motor) and will be there between noon and 2pm.Excellent customer serviceThey didnt try and upsell meFriendly tech who i was happy to have in my home.All in all an excellent experience and I highly recommend E.N Blue

EN Blue is the best HVAC company in Ottawa. I've dealt with quite a few over the years, and they are truly the friendliest, most knowledgeable and most responsive.

Had EN Blue diagnose my furnace before the winter. There was an issue that they claim needed $2000 worth of work. Something felt off and I had to get a second opinion. Second company came and fixed the issue and all I had to pay was their service call. Furnace had been working all winter. I’d avoid or at least get a second opinion.

My husband and I called for help on an air conditioner that was about 26 years old and a furnace that was 23 years old. The amazing owner came out to our home in Orleans and went over options, he was so honest and comfortable that we opted to have him change out both machines.Then he sent two of his amazing technicians I believe it was Stuart and Brandon and they were so careful in my home and they worked soProfessionally and quickly! They repaired my furnace yesterday and as ALWAYS they are the best company in Ottawa. AMAZING service and they call you back when you leave a message. Something lots of companies lack. We were origionally looking for a furnace service maintenance contract. We tired EN Blue a local Stittsville company and have never looked back. We have now had a furnace service contract for a couple of years and this year on one of the hottest days of the year our AC broke down. A call to EN Blue resulted in a usual quick response. We needed a new AC and EN Blue delivered with a new AC at a very competitive price. The installation crew Reese & Stuart were very professional and had us cooling off in very short order. I would highly recommend this local firm for very responsive service.

We recently had our annual furnace maintenance done by Brandon who has serviced both our heating & A/C needs since we moved into the Stittsville community. Once again we were very impressed with his professionalism and level of service. Brandon was very thorough and took the time to fully explain what he was doing and report that our furnace was in good shape. He also took the time to explain the availability of a service contract and what it would cover in the event of a breakdown. We decided that this was a good option and signed up.
