I'm surprised to read that some people claim to not have received prompt responses. Our firm bought sun control window tinting for 3 windows at our office, plus a patio door, and couldn't have been happier with Island Solar's service. Everyone we dealt with from the person who answered the phone to the two people who came to take measurements and carefully decide on the degree of tint, and the installers themselves were professional, knowledgeable and polite. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I contacted this company to inquire about having solar film applied to my west-facing window and patio door. Dave set an appointment and arrived when he said he would. When we made the deal his applicator, Zac, arrived on time and did a great job. It should be noted, for those who read the negative reviews here, that Dave is the new owner and it would be unfair to saddle him with the failings of the previous owner. I highly recommend this company.

I highly recommend! They did an amazing job installing UV film on our sliding doors and windows in the kitchen. Arrived on time and tidied up everything when finished. Best part, our kitchen is no longer hot from the Sun! Will definitely use again.

Zac and team did a great job, the film is making a big difference, I would recommend Zac to my neighbours and friends. Receptionists a bit prickly but hey not everyone is aware of how the come across on the phone. Great product well installed!

Absolutely wonderful customer service! The product they installed already reduces the heat transfer through the windows, provides great privacy and still allows me to enjoy the wonderful view outside.
