Matthew and his team were professional and knowledgeable. We had them work on our rental property and principal home for duct and ventilation installation as well as gas lines and boilers. Matt was proactive in suggesting a new layout for the ducts to avoid bulk heads in the basement. When one of our tenant emailed us to have their AC unit checked, he showed up the very next morning to fix everything, which is outstanding in this day and age where customer service seems to be fading away. I highly recommend H Mann!

We called Matt in the evening, our hot water boiler had stopped working and we had no heat. Matt responded right away, said he would be out later on that night. He arrived, fixed the furnace with a part he took from an old gas water heater. That got us up and running for the night. He arrived the next day with a new part, and checked our old boiler over, explained in great detail what he was doing, and assured us our boiler was working okay. Recently had a Mitsubishi heat pump installed. Matt was fantastic to work with. He explained, in technical terms, the details of how the pump worked and was controlled. He explained how the Mitsubishi thermostat was better than my Ecobee.Installation went well and Matt took care with the little details to make sure the system looked good as well as functioned well.Even when things didn't go as planned, he was calm and professional.Definitely recommend to anyone.

Matt was direct, responsive, open to questions with clear answers. Very reasonable price and finished at quoted price. On time. Cleaned up after himself. And now we have a nicely functioning ducted air source heat pump system which is working very well. Thank you Matt. Would recommend you any day

On their recommendation, we had them install Heat Pumps throughout our home. We are extremely happy with them and would recommend them for anyone looking to go greener and away from fuel heating. + the Greener Homes Grant is a bonus rebate if you choose to go this way as well. Matt and his company reps were attentive to answering all of our questions, very professional and provided top notch service every step of the way. Called Matt for some A/C work prior to summers heat. Came when he said he would, did exactly what was needed and the price was very fair in times where everything is going crazy cost wise.Much appreciated, have already recommended him to a couple friends.Great company!
