Very fast and efficient! Especially when you have an appointment (which I've always had). Waited outside for a couple minutes, if that. Inside for like 30 seconds until they gave me a room/cubicle to sit in. From arrival to departure I'm usually there for only about 30 minutes.Easy to make an appointment online through their website, though sometimes appointments are not available for many weeks on end (so book ASAP).Never had a problem with positioning the needle for taking the blood, either.Clean facility at a convenient location.

So far every time I have been here it is a good experience. They staff are efficient and I am nervous of needles and it doesn't hurt like other places. Also so far in my 3 times going each time the staff is very kind as well. I won't go anywhere else.

Very fast, very efficient. Technicians are wonderful. The woman working the desk on the morning of February 25 was a bit rude to every single patient. She was blunt and harsh when she spoke. I understood her and was able to comply with how quickly she was uttering out her prepared phrasing, but my mother and every elderly person in there couldn't understand how quickly she was speaking and when they asked her to repeat herself, she got very patronizing as she repeated the rehearsed phrase slowly as if talking to a child. Girl needs some customer service attitude adjustment. If you hate your job that much, quit. She's not the face you want patients to see first.

Website says to call to book a Urea breath test.Phone message says to book online.Both do no mention if or where the test is available, so I'm left waiting on hold to talk to a person to figure out where to have the test done.System then boots me after fifteen minutes of waiting....great...I get Covid has made things complicated, but the conflicting information and BAD phone system make it too hard to even figure out if I can get my test done here.(The actual site and staff are very nice though).

They were extremely busy at 8 am June 20/23 and the lady who took my blood was excellent. Normally other labs have to take blood from my hand, she was able to do it in my upper arm and there was absolutely no bruising. She told me to put my cane in my other hand and I think that helped. Best experience I have had at a lab.

Dec. 31st - no lineup, empty waiting room and I stood outside for 7 minutes while 4 tech's chatted. Finally allowed in, registered at 8:50 and told room 1. Same 4 workers continued to chat while a Bruno Mars song was on radio, one flung an elastic at another then decided at 9:10 to see me waiting for my blood work to be done. No one else waiting but me while 4 workers dilly dallied.....

I appreciate that COVID can create difficulties but the check in system isn't handled well Requires you to wait outside of the building, if you try to stay warm in a vehicle they do not use the contact methods entered on the phone. Right now there are 20 seniors outside on a cold damn day in the middle of a pandemic. Socially irresponsible situation to put them in. The building itself is clean and the people are friendly.

My husband book an appointment and waited three weeks for the date for a fasting glucose test. When he arrived, the receptionist told him they weren’t doing appointments today and he would have to wait in line and be seen “whenever.” Unacceptable and disrespectful behaviour by the staff with no regard for the effect on clients.
