The workers are very nice and pleasant to deal with, so the review really doesn't do their service justice. The food on the other hand is horrible. Its old, cold and not safe. I personally know two people that ate here and were throwing up for the entire next day. I myself haven't gotten food poisoned but I absoutely won't be going back again to test my luck.

Stopped at the Anitgonish location to try the Pesto Chicken Club today (Aug.11-22). Disgusting presentation that bore no resemblance to the one in the ad. The sandwich was more bun than burger. It was supposed to be a potato bun. It was served on a Whopper bun. The chicken was breaded and overly deep-fried and didn't fit the bun. There was barely any lettuce or sauce, no tomato and no cheese. Two of these were over $20! What a rip-off. WILL NOT BE BACK!!! Save yourself the heart-ache. Would give no stars if possible!

If I could rate the 0 stars I would because it was just that bad. Locals warned me this BK was bad but I wasn’t prepared for it to be this bad. They forgot most of the toppings on my sons whopper and the bun on his chicken sandwich was rock hard and stale as can be. They forgot a drink and a large onion rings and then never gave me a receipt. They also didn’t have items they were advertising on special. And they gave me fries that had to be made that morning because they were rock hard and cold. There was also a language barrier where the employee didn’t understand what I was asking for and I couldn’t understand him. I will never be going back to this location and I was impressed with how terrible the service and food was. How is this place still in business!?

I haven't had BK in over a year because food quality was bad during the pandemic. Yesterday I got the same horrible food. Over cooked day old burger with stale fries. All for $17. This used to cost $12 not too ago. I'm done with BK. It's the same no material what location you go in this country. It's all day old stale food they couldn't sell the day before.

I am so sad because I don't like giving 1 star reviews but I just ate the most disgusting burger of my life. It was burned, it was like eating ash. And the second was the exact same. Great shame. I will never come back.

Worst BK I have ever had. My husband and I went to try the new Chicken Pesto Club sandwich. What we received was no where near what it should have been. Wrong bun, no tomato, no cheese, overcooked tiny piece of chicken, floppy old lettuce and the saddest bacon I have ever seen. I will never be back to this location. We bought 2 burgers and one water and it came to over 24.- Insane amount of money for what we received, the only consumable thing was the water.

Waited for 20 minutes for the food and the food was cold..opened my burger and there is no condiments or bacon like there is suppose to be this is terrible burger King just shut down or learn to make the food correctly. 7 months later I am adding to this review went to bk to get breakfast pull into drive thru see breakfast menu I pick what I want and start to order and they proceed to tell me they can't serve me breakfast in the drive thru while I am staring at the God dam menu like WHAT! you cant pass a dam breakfast sandwich out the dam window absolutely the worst burger king ever hands down not to mention if you want to go in and order your waiting at least 45 minutes for cold food

I have giving this place so many chances in the past but today was the last straw. Went through the drive thru ordered my meal and paid for it .. upon driving around corner and taking food out I realize one of the burgers is cold and the bacon and meat is cold .. they heated only bottom bun . I take this one back inside and ask for a refund as I don’t want it heated I have had enough. They tell me they can’t refund my order cause looks like I didn’t pay I had to log into my bank account to show them cause they didn’t provide original recite in bag , come to find out they overcharged me with two items I didn’t even order in first place . This whole process took 15 mins to correct ! Completely unacceptable. This is the worst place to eat in town as far as quality goes . On the bright side which is why they get 1 star from me there are two employees there who do actually care and are always apologetic to the constant mistakes

I keep going back and am more and more disappointed each time. I decided to reach out to BK online to lodge a complaint and they essentially said it was my fault and I need to read the fine print. The food is always so old, cold and put together so messy. Their pop sometimes tastes so bland like they ran out of syrup. I have had 1 worker that is polite there, a younger male worker with facial hair. Other than that, the staff are all so rude and blunt. Won’t be spending anymore money here.
