Perhaps this company is used to large corporate clients, so my new business location's signage was low priority. And/or they left it fully in the hands of a gentleman that seemed to be inexperienced with the more complicated process where landlord's approval and city permits were involved. Poor communication, which sadly seems to be the standard" in the signage industry. The sign was finally installed
