Konkle Plumbing and Heating was awesome, start to finish. I was recommended by word of mouth from a neighbor. I needed a completely new plumbing system with filters, as the ones that were present in the house I bought were substandard. Konkle was responsive, professional and flexible. They worked with my shift work schedule & completed high quality work. I cannot recommend a better company, especially one that works with cisterns and septic. I will be using them in the future for any plumbing issues or renovations that I take on.Thank you for helping make my home functional!

Konkle sent Josh out to service our AC quickly. He explained what he was doing and why the Ac unit wasn’t working. Unfortunately it had to be replaced but Austin & his coworker installed it within days and were a pleasure to have in our home. Professional and knowledgeable. Thanks!

We had a new Trane furnace and AC installed, as well as a new water heater.Konkle were very professional from start to finish. The installers were always personable and tidy, and they did a very polished and well-fitted job of the installation.So far, their customer service has also been excellent, and Dave went out of his way to ensure that the install went smoothly and any concerns that we had were addressed quickly and professionally.Our house is much cooler now, with better airflow, and our equipment is more efficient!

I have used their services four times now including a new furnace and water heater. I have always had the best possible service from this company and their staff. When I called to report my water heater was leaking, they came same day and replaced it. Doesn't get any better than that.

Konkle was hired to perform plumbing services in our Kitchen. This included hooking up sinks, faucets etc after a reno. Plumbing services generally charge by the hour. So of course, that is never in a customers favour. Of course, services are only as good as the person performing the service.In our opinion and based on performing similar plumbing work, the job took about 1hour longer than it should have. When the plumber had finished and left, we still had small leaks that we had to fix. We expected better efficiency and when a plumber leaves your house, there should be no leaks!
