Never in my life have I felt the need to write a negative review online; however, the service (or lack there of) that I encountered this morning was absolutely appalling. While there was a misunderstanding regarding processes that I take accountability for resulting in an inability to have my document notarized, this was not the upsetting factor. As opposed to professionally communicating solutions moving forward I was spoken to in a condescending tone, treated with the utmost disrespect and all proposed solutions were negated. When the receptionist also agreed that a simple solution existed she was spoken to in such a disrespectful manner that I did not even remotely care about having my document notarized and shifted to feeling sincere concern for the working environment at Brendon Rothwell. Working in healthcare I recognize and understand high-intensity working environments and challenging interactions but I have literally never experienced or witnessed such distasteful behavior in a professional workplace.

I have been going to Brendon since he started his business. I recommend him to all. He and the team are friendly, professional, and provide excellent service at very reasonable prices. So pleased to see his clientele continue to grow. Thanks Brendon and Sherry! Keep up the great work :)

Tried reaching this office over the span of 3 weeks, left a voicemail and never received a callback. When I finally got ahold of someone, they offered absolutely no apology & didn't seem keen to grow their business by taking on more clients. Disappointing.

The office was absolutely fantastic to deal with, and was able to get me in to sign documents within 24 hours for a rush closing in another province. Very helpful and kind. They really helped me out in a pinch and Robert Donick was great! Thank you for all the help and speediness!!

Brendon's terrific! Not only is he a great guy personally but his team is caring, knowledgeable and professional. I recommend clients to him wholeheartedly and have used him myself to great satisfaction. Highly recommended!

Brendon was not able to execute on services paid up front. We were very clear about our situation going in and he was very confident that he could help. After questioning him on lack of results he attempted to keep half of our money. We did end up getting a partial refund (less consulting fee) but it was a total waste of time. He also forgot our names, completely blew off a scheduled meeting and didn't even recognize us when we walked back into his office to settle up in person. We had to consistently remind him what our case was even about. Very unprofessional, would not recommend.

First and last time to use this company. Would not recommend.

We bought two properties in 2017 and 2020. It was nice experience in 2017 so we decided to use them in 2020.After one month of possession we realized that the notary didn’t clear up water bill for us so we paid almost $300 to city for the months we didn’t even own the property. The city asked us to contact our lawyer to get our money back.We contacted them twice and hoped they could clarify it for us but basically they didn’t reply to our emails and no response from this notary.
