I purchased a light fixture and bulbs from here. I found the employee's were helpful and knowledgeable. They answered many of my questions. The fixture I purchased I am very happy with. Having shopped around, I find most of their pricing is fair. They were helpful in getting the correct size of bulb for a fixture I purchased elsewhere. This location is superior to their Coquitlam location, shop here. Their exchange / return policy could be a bit more flexible but thankfully I have not had to use it.

3.5. Great selection of lights! The prices are marked up higher than other lighting stores but if it’s “the one” then maybe just go for it. Unfortunately, for us, found the same light at Rona for almost half the price, that’s a bummer but yes we realize small store vs large corporation. I like the friendly service - quick and informational. There is lots of parking.Ps. They do not negotiate here as other stores across the street or down the road will.

Our bathroom vanity LED light burnt-out and I was concerned because it is a sealed unit (meaning you can't just replace the bulb) and I didn't know if I could find the receipt. A quick call to the store and they were able to find the purchase via my phone number, confirm it was purchased ~1.5 years ago, let me know it was under warranty and I could return it. 30 minutes later I was in the store and after a quick test, was on my way with a replacement. Really appreciate you standing behind your products and the friendly customer service.

Go to Richmond Lighting Warehouse across the street. It cost us half us much and received much better service.

Very nice service and large selection. Friendly staff too. If you want a better price on lights you can find it at home depot or elsewhere but great selection

Josh at the Richmond location was defensive to critical feedback that the lighting package i purchased contained no marettes. Otherwise a great shopping experience.

Great service when I first came in but when I went to open the boxes one of the lights were a wrong colour. Drove all the way back from downtown to Richmond to get the correct colour trim and Joanna would not give me the correct colour trim without the old one. Made me buy a whole new light and said it's not their fault that it was mismatched, claimed it was the manufacturers fault. Check all your lights before leaving because the sales clerks here won't be very helpful.
