To be honest, need a car was the last place I wanted to go but after feeling defeated all day trying to find the perfect car and fit for me, I decided to head there.I was impressed by how much they didn't pressure me, they went around and listened to what car suits my taste and needs and all in all Steve, Jack and Cody were absolutely amazing. They all went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of with my car and up to snuff. I was extremely lucky to get the car I did and the people who assisted me that day. I also have left with my dream car and peace of mind that I will be looked after from here on out and they're truly all great guys.I highly recommend this place !

James was great to deal with. Absolutely no pressure on a sale.Got what I wanted and he went over every detail on the vehicle with me before I left. He went above and beyond on the day of pick up by having the AC running on one of the hottest of days so my ride would be cool when I jumped into it.

My experience with Need-A-Car was definitely a great win for both me and my wife. We tried for the past month to finance a vehicle and all the dealers previously, turned us down, due to my “deemed” new credit. With what we thought was gonna be no hope to get a newer, safer vehicle for our newborn 5-month old son. After talking with their finance manager Cody Leland, he and his team were able to work some magic and get us the break we needed in just two days! A couple days after our initial appointment and test drive, Cody called me to tell us we’d been approved! Definitely a blessing we hadn’t seen coming. Be careful when shopping here and do a well through inspection of the car before buying from them. I had nothing but problems with my vechile since day one of owing it from them and the fight to use my warranty was the biggest problem of all, as the mechanic shop they use for the warranty replacement has a known reputation for being shady and crooked already. Pretty much was told after my six months was up and still having issues with the car to go F myself and the problems were mine to fix. Will not he back to buy another vechile from them

I loved my experience at need a car. Cody was amazing from the very first interaction, stayed late to help us out, went above and beyond to make us feel understood and cared for and the environment was much more fun and casual than alot of dealerships.
