L'entrepôt RONA Saint-Eustache

This is the worst place ever. I have purchased a dishwasher here and I am still waiting for my order nearly a week and a half after they mysteriously didn't deliver the first time. I'm considering cancelling my order, as much as I want the dishwasher. These people have no idea who is supposed to do what then they transfer you to somebody who says it'll be done and it doesn't get done nor do you get any confirmation. This has happened twice now. I'm at my wits end. Avoid this place for large appliances and hell, if you want to get anything else there are other hardware stores nearby in other towns. It's not worth it

Do yourself a favor and dont buy big appliances from Rona. We are fighting with Rona to get our dishwasher delivered. They didn't deliver it when scheduled and they seemingly have no plans of delivering it. We call and get turned around. They tell us to call somewhere else and no one is in charge of anything. We are seriously considering cancelling our order because we dont see them ever delivering it... its infuriating. Worst service ever.

great prices! smart and helpful staff!

Went to buy some soil that was on sale to one of their competitors and the manager « Dragos» didn’t want to match the price. I did check all the conditions on the Rona webpage and nothing stated about soil. Do yourself a favour and take your business somewhere else.

Although the rough competition between all the home improvement giants, Rona stays among one of my favourite go to place; because of it size, they usually have the piece I need. Appreciate also the ability to order online which you can link to your Rakuten account! The staff usually picks items in great condition so a worry you can remove from your list.

Thankful to Yohann for his excellent service that lead me to place an order for an out of stock item that I was eager to buy. The store needs more Yohanns because the others I spoke to made it clear that they were not the least bit interested in helping me out. Yohann, keep setting that bar high!

Pick up within 24 hours is bull. Placed order yesterday got confirmation my order is ready today but I can only pick it up as of tomorrow.

Employees are very helpful, good selection

Unbelievably bad service: a line of 10 people at Customer Service, one kid dealing with them. Then ONE cashier to serve everyone else. Spent an hour and a half there today, back and forth from my car, looking for things and then waiting to pay... I loaded my bags of rocks myself because nobody was to be found there (he missed out on a tip). But wait, there's more: after being sent back and forth 3 times between la cour de bois and the store, finally someone finds an item on the computer, gives me a paper and sends me... yup, to the same cash with one girl. I pay differently because my gift card suddenly doesn't work. I go to get my stuff. A kid comes back with we don't have it". The older guy who manages the area can't find it either. I'm sitting there wondering if I should laugh or cry or ever go back.Finally
