Walked in for a signature witness and certified copy of ID. Prices are consistent with the verbal quotes I got over the phone. Whole process took 30 minutes including wait time. Staff and notary were friendly and efficient. Overall experience was pleasant and I would return for their service again.

We had a fantastic experience working with Cory @Liu & Yang. His associates who I interacted with were also incredibly helpful and communicated promptly.To be honest, we kind of discovered Cory at the last minute upon my mortgage broker's recommendation. Before that, I was talking to a property lawyer in Richmond who did not even return my emails or phone calls over a period of weeks. In stark contrast, Cory was always reachable, communicated very clearly, and fielded all our newbie questions very helpfully. It really felt like a breath of fresh air. On top, their rates are not as expensive as some other places.I would heartily recommend Cory and his team to anybody.

***UPDATE***Greatly appreciated Corey’s effort into resolving this issue. I couldn’t go to another notary to have the transaction done and Corey contacted me and wanted to make this right. He definitely took initiative into this matter. This time, he made sure things were done ahead of time and kept me in the loop of what to expect. Felt that he tried really hard this time to make sure there was no surprises for both my parents and I. Just to be fair 2 years ago was a 1 star experience but this time it was worth the 5 stars... taking average and adding back one more star for you taking initiative overall was a 3.5-4 stars. Thank you, Corey.***************PAST COMMENT****************I wish I never deal with Corey... basically he screwed me up three times... THREE TIMES.... out of everything that he did for me... he failed. 1) Dad flew over for four days signing docs purchasing a condo... docs forwarded with bank instruction sent over a month ago and on the day of signing.. he didn’t prepare anything a day or two before hand but made us go there and wait 45 min then tell us he hasn’t prepare docs and there is a power outage... fine... I will go back...but he didn’t offer staying 15-30 min late on any day or squeeze us in anytime until the day when my dad leaves... fine... went in another day where we scheduled.. waited another 45 min FOR HIM THE PREP DOCS.. and sign...2) on day of closing... power outage AGAIN and didn’t call me at all until 530 PM... no options available...no advice... but telling me he couldn’t close... asked for advice... he only mentioned he will try until 7pm it that’s it... it wasn’t done until 658pm... put my dad and I through stress of losing all our savings...3) he draft a poa for my dad with us specifically for the purpose of selling and to remove him from title in two years... and today... I got the agreement reviewed by another notary end up telling me I can’t do it... WHAT THE EFF????? Like how wrong can this go???? I spent over thousand of dollar for absolutely nothing!!!!With all the wrongs he did.. he didn’t offer any compensation or apology... not even a simple sorry... I mean would I go back? Definitely not.. please don’t go there.

Friendly staff and very efficient for a drop in service. It's much better than other notary public around in the same area. I would recommend this place.

i have used a few notaries in the past.. cory is def the best one out there hands down..

It was the worst experience I have had ever! The receptionist was the rudest ever!!!!!!She just said we are busy now so we can't do!! You should find another notary public company!" I wish She should learn how to speak to the customer as a receptionist. I would never use the company nor recommend!!! It was disappointing ever and ever!!!"

AVOID HERE AT ALL COST!!! OVERPRICED AND DISRESPECTFUL!!! Called in and asked for the price of notarizing a document. The person on the phone told me it would be $30. After notarizing my document they charged me $50, almost double the price of what I was told originally. The notary was very disrespectful and rude when I said to her that I was told the fee would be $30! She gave me attitude and told me to go to other offices.
