Fanny and her team were fantastic to work with. I really felt 100% of her time was allocated to me when I needed it. She would regularly communicate all the details and went above and beyond on aspects of homeownership for things that I would have had to simply figure out on my own. Great team, would definitely recommend their services.

We can't brag enough about Fanny Bodart and The Property Ladies. Selling our house in such a short period of time seemed not realistic. But the service, prep work and customer care were phenomenal!Purchasing a new house with Fanny Bodart was as good as selling. Fanny Bodart managed to keep us calm in hours of stress and went with us the whole way!It turns out that taking Fanny's recommendations for a lawyer was an as good decision.
