We used Luke Cook as our Realtor for finding our retirement home in the Okanagan. He was very professional and enjoyable to spend time with while we looked at properties, as well as being very flexible around organizing viewings, even doing one remotely via Face Time! He provided god advice at the time of writing offers. For us, we would have appreciated it if he could have found us some properties to look at rather than us feeding him possibilities, and the market comparisons could have been more focused. Overall, a great resource and recommended.

For many years the office and its realtors have been supporting Easter Seals, a non-profit that operates a local camp for children, youth and adults with disabilities. In addition to the annual fundraiser they host, which requires a lot of work and collaboration, many realtors in this office will donate proceeds from every sale or purchase. In working with this brokerage they have been extremely professional, generous, passionate and responsive.

I was very impressed with the professional and friendly demeanour of all the staff I interacted with. My realtor, Anne Wolfe is truly amazing. She determined what I was interested in and went above and beyond ensuring I obtained the perfect home for me. As I was still out of province she handled a number of items which the new homeowner would normally take care of. She respectfully kept me on track and everything worked out perfectly.
