I visited on the weekend and Shomik was kind enough to give me a tour of the workshop and showroom.I was blown away by the quality and variety of all the custom work, as well as his knowledge of all things furniture.Having recently done a wide tour of shopping to all the box stores I can personally attest that the quality of the furniture here is head and shoulders above anything you will find from a chain, while still being at a reasonable price.Once you sit on one of their couch's, you'll feel the quality right away. They're that good.

Awesome experience working with Shomik and his family who designed us a custom leather sectional for our home. We were struggling to find sectionals with the right dimensions given our floor plan and are so glad we came across Venture Seating. The level of care and service combined with the quality of the finished product is unmatched. I highly recommend Shomik and his local team. You won't be disappointed. We'll be back!

Shomik at Venture helped us custom design a couch specifically for our space and was very patient as we worked out the finer details. It turned out AMAZING - better than we could have imagined! We had initially gone to Venture for leather, but ended up going with a commercial-grade fabric that will stand the test of time. The quality and value are unmatched anywhere.

Travelled from Toronto to purchase our couch here from a friend’s recommendation and couldn’t be more pleased. The craftsmanship and quality is perfect and the family run business really cares about all of their customers. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for leather or fabric furniture. They did a fantastic job of recovering our old sofa. We picked fabric and we are really happy with the result. It looks better than when we originally bought it. Great people to work with as well.Update we have had some chairs re-covered and a bedroom storage bench built. They all look brilliant. The sofa still looks perfect after two years.

So happy with our couch and experience with this family owned local business. Our custom leather couch is extra tall, long and deep for our extra tall family and the workmanship and clever design details are better than anything we've seen elsewhere. Shomik and his family have tremendous experience and expertise and all the details are considered. Everything is made in house. Real craftsmen here, worth every penny.

Purchased a sectional from SB Leather in the fall of 2017. We LOVE this piece! In working with the staff we were able to design a piece that worked for our heights and lifestyle, plus the fabric/leather selection was incredible! They even suggested and made softer and firm cushions to meet our tastes. We have truly enjoyed sitting on this sofa, it is everything we hoped for. They delivered quicker than estimated and faster than any other custom piece we have ordered elsewhere. We will purchase here again!
