They told me they would come by the house on Tues at 5pm to take measurements and to discuss what I wanted done. At 1030 pm I messaged them to ask why they were a No Show. The replied they had to tend to an Emergency.I was disapointed that I did not receive any communication to let me know they would no longer be coming. To make matters worse it is now 6 days later and still no communication from them to rebook...or at the very least an apology. Very poor business etiquitte and bad customer service. Rating:0
