Dr. Crapo gave me a new lease on life. I basically could not eat my mouth was in so much pain and I kept getting tooth infections. Dr. Crapo reconstructed my entire mouth while using my existing healthy teeth. Now I don’t have to be embarassed about smiling and I can eat pain free. It was really life changing. Highly recommend.

I have been a patient of this practice for over 20 years. Dr. Crapo, Dr. Sulz, and hygienists are very skilled, patient and understanding. and all admin/reception staff are very welcoming. As someone with extremely negative dental experiences prior to becoming a patient of this practice, I can't say enough about how grateful I am.

The most disorganized dentist I’ve ever seen, gave me no game plan for the $24,000 quote he provided, which made me suspicious right away on what was being billed to my dental plan, this turned me off and gave me bad vibes, I I was able to have the same work completed by another dentist for $6000 in half the time and thrilled with the results, Dr Crapos office. double charges and charges. a new $127 fee EVERY time you visit to “reassess” this is not covered by dental, his office charged me 3x for the same work, each time I went for my “next” appt, very unprofessional, overcharges, and office is badly in need of an update, especially their equipment, he doesn’t even have a water scaler but charges top dollar. My advice if you like professionalism and dont like being gouged you may want to stay away from this office.

Best Dentist and Hygienist I have ever had!

Had to pay a consult fee even though I was initially told I could come in for free. Months later I finally made it in so I understand the confusion that might have happened.Friendly faces, and I was given an extensive explanation of the anatomy of my mouth and felt listened to and got some answers.After much thought and following my gut instincts I went for a second opinion. And decided to not follow through with the pricey “estimate” of the work I might need done.Not a terrible experience. But felt the reception could have been more professional. Felt pressured into coming back by them as well as given grief by them for seeking other advice.

Time and time again Dr Crapo and his staff have exceeded my expectations. I can now smile and chew my food once again.The surgery performed was exceptional and I am quite pleased with the results.

We have always found the staff at Dr. C. Ross Crapo and Associates to be welcoming, friendly and very accommodating. From the front desk to the hygienists and the dentists, everyone is there to serve the client and make their experience as pleasant and trauma-free as possible.

Because my dentist doesn't do implants, I was referred to a specialist, waited a month for the appointment but then was told I would have to wait nearly 10 months for the All-on-4 implant surgery. So I went to another specialist, who wanted to do extra work that as it turned out, I didn't need, and that would be another 6-month wait. A few years ago a co-worker had mentioned Dr. Crapo and how amazing he and his team are, so I decided to call. I was able to book an appointment for the next week, and then have the implants done 2 weeks later. Dr. Crapo and his team really are amazing - they are compassionate, thorough, understanding, and I really couldn't be happier! Definitely 5 stars!

Fantastic service from the front desk to the dental professionals. As someone with anxiety about dentists this staff has made my visits comfortable and I haven't had a single issue. Highly recommend especially if you're anxious or scared.
