I had the pleasure of working with Yuriy on a listing he had in Hamilton. I was called in to do the photography on the home. What impressed me the most was how he made the presentation of the property a personal thing. The dining room had no furniture and Yuriy bought a dining set an while I was there, brought it and staged the space himself without charging the home owner. I spoke with the owner and she said that Yuriy has been on a mission to make the house ready and added a few features that really helped. Yuriy really went above and beyond.In all my years of working with realtors, I have not seen this level of customer care and personal attention.
