We loved working with Candace! She helped us navigate the sale of our condo in a tricky market. Then when we were searching and searching for our dream home, Candace used her connections to get us into a house before it was even listed in our desired neighbourhood. It turned out to be the house for us so we were able to get an offer on it before others. Then she also made sure she got the best Home Inspector to do the inspection for us which helped make us feel more comfortable going into the sale. Candace was there to help us through the whole process and her communication sure made things easy. I highly recommend her!

Candice Epp is a complete joy to have as a real estate agent! Her upbeat and positive personality along with looking after your needs and wants and not just pushing for a quick sale makes her truly the best! She is flexible and always willing to wait until the right sale for you comes along, and as she finds out what you are looking for she then makes sure you are looking at what you want! Candice’s knowledge of all aspects of a purchase totally put my mind at easy right away as a first time buyer and never once in the process did I ever think about using any other agent. Forget the rest, use the best!!

Candace is an amazing realtor who went above and beyond every step of the process! As buying our first time home we were very picky and it took a while to find just the perfect fit. Candace even picked us up most the time as we went driving around the city searching out homes. Would 100% recommend to a friend if they are looking for someone super fun and reliable and honest when it comes to buying or selling homes or anything in general Candace is your go to girl.

Candace was absolutely amazing. Was always available when we needed her, she went above and beyond. We probably weren't the easiest clients at times but she never made us feel that way .I absolutely wouldn't use anyone else .ever .She is straight up and honest and puts the clients needs and wants above a quick sale.
