Don’t even want to give 1 star. Worst vet I have ever met. Too scared to examine my 9months old puppy even after given sedation, putting muzzle & my wife & their staff holding .Even we assured her that our dog won’t bite she is too scared to examine . Wonder why choose this profession if not confident enough to handle pets.

Greatest vet office I have had. I will forever be indebted to them for making time for my stupid cat not once, but twice; in one day! Dr Wright (?) And vet techs (especially the young blonde woman) were extremely thorough and kind. So thankful for them.

Should be shut down. Will take time to put your dog down but won't look at them to see what's wrong. Absolutely disgusted

Horrible experience... Such unprofessional and unknowledgeable staff. They nearly killed my poor dog with an unnecessary procedure, and then again by administering and prescribing the wrong dose of pain medication! We had to rush our dog to another vet that night to be resuscitated! We called Northside Animal Hospital the next day, understandably very upset, to let them know what they had done. They took no accountability whatsoever, and even had the audacity to tell me they needed to add an extra charge to my bill because they forgot an item the day of procedure! Shameful, just shameful!

Our dog is a new patient here and had very severe dental work. He was in surgery from 820-1pm and we couldn't pick him up until 430pm. They did a great job and he's been feeling so much better just 2 days after having 15 teeth removed from the top. My only complaint is they said they'd call us back and never did and they weren't very clear on his after care and medication. However they seem to care about their patients and were very nice❤
