I expected some respect about my stuff IN the truck during the 16 hrs I spent at this shop : a mecanic in greasy coveralls sat on the bed AND my pillow... Same disrespect at Ryder Coteau du Lac, where I had to throw away 2 greasy carpets, after the truck got serviced!Only in Quebec?

Brought my truck for service and picked a rental, they made me loose an hour to fuel the rental truck and make it ready, but it wasn’t REALLY ready, wipers were stuck and the inside and out the truck was a complete mess, I vomited the second I opened the door. Let the pictures speak.

Worse place to rent. And by any chance you get in trouble for a minor damage they will try to squeeze many $$ they can. One person doesn’t know the other in this company and you keep getting stuck in the circle for reaching out the right guy who can help. They will only take calls for new bookings if you go for any other extension they wont bother taking your call. Avoid them.
