Bad coffee, awful after taste. Service is beyond terrible, young careless staff, one girl looked stoned. Zero knowledge, zero manners, gossiping loud and you can hear F word few times.The place is dirty, the corner full of black plastic garbage bags (literally a mountain), and cleaning mops - what a view!Added to that the sound of machines and fridges (why they don’t put music to covers all the machinery sounds)Customers looked so miserable, we had to throw our coffees and leave.Horrible experience, what a shame for a coffee shop in lakeshore.

It used to be nice place , but since last month not good anymore. The coffee taste sucks and serving so slow. Plus bad service. I think the employee is changed lately. It's definately need some improvement.

I love this location. In the beautiful area of Lakeshore and steps away from the Lake Ontario this place is definitely meeting spot for family and friends.Fresh coffee and pastry, friendly staff with smile will make you feel come back again.

My third time here and thought I’d give this place another shot and see if they improve on things but they haven’t. Terrible coffee and terrible service. Usually one person working and it takes forever to get your coffee. There’s not enough seats/tables and tables are usually with coffee stains and the washroom is always gross.It’s not the staff’s fault, the owners are to be blamed for cheeping out on staff, if you don’t know how to or ate too cheap to run a coffee shop, simply don’t do it!!

Excellent place to have a hot coffee/tea and watch beautiful downtown Oakville from the big glass windows. It in on a walking distance from Oakville downtown.Service can be improved with some smile on the face.Customer service is very important aspect of bringing customers back.

their cashier and baristas are very sweet and welcoming. I ordered a cappuccino, it's not the best coffee you can get in town, no latte art; and it tastes ok; just like any known coffee chains, nothing special. I did not try other drinks there yet.They have a nice patio (3 tables), free wifi and a beautiful view of Oakville's lakeshore drive and the historic church right in front.

Super slow service. It took us 30 minutes to get out drinks while the shop was not busy at all. The baristas are inexperienced and couldn’t handle the work
