Soltani Medical Clinic (Family Practice Only)

Great, short experience. I walked in at 9am (opening time) and made an appointment for 10am. I returned around 9:50am and got taken to a room right away. Dr. Aileen Tan arrived in the room after a few minutes. I wanted to get blood work and knew what to ask for. She asked me some family history questions to make sure we had everything covered and took my blood pressure, then sent me off to a life lab. I felt like it was productive and time well used. The woman at the front desk, as well as Dr. Tan, were friendly and not rushed. I rarely go to the doctor or the clinic, but will definitely return here if I ever need anything.

Drs are great, front desk was RUDE! Returned a call and an unfamiliar voice answered, figured she must be new. She rudley asked if I was kelsey, I said yes and she than proceeded with the doctor wants to know if your proceeding with your labs and imaging"?. I've now had blood work and imaging is in a few days which you would think they would know? Anyways she sounded like she hated her job and had somewhere more important to be. Rude tone not professional sounding just sassy. She just said ok

Receptionists were nice. Came in a few weeks ago to see a doctor. Told them my previous doctor at another clinic made me feel very uncomfortable and wanted to see someone regarding my situation. Everything seemed fine, until she said since I've had bloodwork done with that doctor, a year ago, I had to go back to that doctor. Even though I told her repeatedly that I do not wish to see that doctor anymore. She kept insisting that I should go back to follow up with him. I just left because she tried to convince me that was my only option. Wouldn't recommend.

My girlfriend and I had an earwax removal with Dr. Soltani, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. He was very professional, efficient and made the entire experience as comfortable as possible. We couldn’t recommend him enough, and will definitely be back for regular visits! Thank you SO much!

I and My family is going to this clinic to Dr. Fehmi since few months. I switched from our previous doctor in Coquitlam because of poor care. We got lucky and found her by chance as she was taking new patients, She is the best doctor I have met till now. She is competent, caring, thoughtful and best of all she cares about her patient sincerely. Though the wait time is bit longer compared to my previous doctor but it is WORTH IT because when you see her, she gives time to understand your concern and do proper diagnosis. Also the front desk staff is very respectful and caring. ***AMAZING DOCTOR****

I have have been a patient of Dr Ahmadi for years and the level of care he gives is absolutely beyond anything I’ve experienced . Comprehensive, compassionate and incredibly interested in your well being, never had better doctor in my entire life.

I have recently moved to Vancouver from another province. I really like Dr. Rezaei. She is knowledgeable, pleasant, punctual and listens very carefully. She explains very well. I am glad to find her.

Dr Soltani has been my family doctor for about 3 years. She is very professional, she listens to your needs and would do and refer you to other Specialist doctor’s. I am so blessed to to have her as my family doctor.Her front desk staff are always pleasant, respectful and welcome you with a smile.I do not understand why some people have made so many negative comments about them.!Never wait more that 15 minutes.

I really like this clinic. Receptionist is usually kind and doctors are amazing but today the receptionist was really rude.I came all the way there I checked their schedule there were three doctors working today. They open at 9 but phone is open at 10.I have to solely depend on website.When I got there, she said walk-in is closed today with no sorry face.I wasted 2hours because of them.And I can’t even go any clinic today so I can’t get any medication until next week but just let them get worse.This clinic, doctors are amazing but they change their schedule without notice quite a lot. DON’T BELIEVE WHAT’S ON WEBSITE.Plus the receptionist was really rude and don’t know how to say sorry.

Dr. Soltani, amazing doctor. However the receptionists need to be fired ASAP. They really hurt the image of this place, I don't get how a receptionist can be so bitter, condescending and mean. Your clients are people in pain that need help. Read further into reviews on other sites and you will see that this is a common comment about this practice. Unreal how unprofessional the staff are. If there wasn't such a shortage of GPs in this province this practice would be out of business fast because of these receptionists.
