When I first met with Derek I was impressed. He's been in the business for years and knows his stuff. From the quote and through the installation my husband and I were impressed. The guys were thorough and professional. Derek popped in during the installation and after, making sure we were all good. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thanks again guys !!!!

Derek and his Team at Express came to our rescue, Thank you Derek. Our furnace when out of service on a Friday night after 6:00pm with the temperature well below freezing, I called Express and Derek had a two great installers (Neil & Dylan) showed up with a new furnace by 9:00am Saturday morning. Less than 4 hours later our house was cozy warm. A small follow-up call was performed by Dan a few days later to fine tune the furnace to optimal performance and to make sure we were 100% satisfied. Our Family thanks you for your quick and professional service.

My furnace broke unexpectedly and I bought a new one from Express. The whole experience was amazing. The came quickly, quoted me options for repair vs new, explained current govt. rebates (that I wouldn't have know about), replaced, followed up to be sure all was well. Everyone I dealt with along the process was super professional, knowledgeable and nice. The furnace they sold me is amazing and it has made a huge difference in heat distribution plus I just got $ 2,000.00 back from my gas company in rebates. A top notch company to deal with and I will use them for all my future cooling and heating service.

I have just recently found this company and have found Derek and Shane to be very professional and efficient. They responded to me as a new customer very promptly and ensured that my furnace kept running until a suitable replacement could be installed. We had a Carrier Infinity AC unit installed, replacing an existing 16 year old unit. Express were very professional and responded promptly to all emails and calls. We were particularly happy with the installers, who arrived on time, did a high quality installation and left the job site clean. The unit was connected corrected to the Infinity Touch thermostat. We would definitely recommend Express Heating and Cooling for HVAC installations.

My comments reflect almost everyone else's experience, this is a great company and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Derrick responded to our needs of a new furnace immediately and Dan and Ryan worked hard all day long to install it. They are professional, knowledgeable and nice people, not to mention that their pricing is very good too.

First time I've used Express and will never call another company again. Derek helped me out of a total jam with what I was told by others was an unavailable" part. Got Ryan out pronto with a replacement. Offered me heaters so we wouldn't freeze. Dan came next day for maintenance and spent a long time thoroughly going through all the systems and literally cleaned a pile of gunk and PINE NEEDLES out of the condensate trap. Thank you Dan and apprentice Will!! VERY THOROUGH and professional. Double checked everything. My dad always told me if it's worth doing

Derek was wonderful. I have an old Lennox pulse furnace that most of the professionals wouldn’t know how to fix, after sending out one of his younger workers to try and troubleshoot the problem he came out himself and was very professional. Even though he believes the furnace should be replaced I never felt pressured into buying a new furnace and he always respected my wishes to keep the furnace for as long as it’s working and always fixed the problems.
