Employees are bland, they are always consistently out of products they claim to sell, they don’t have enough money in the register to break a 50 for an order of 11 bucks. I’ve been to Starbucks all over the country, this is by far the worst one I’ve ever been too. I’m surprised they stay open. Good riddance Augusta!

Went through the drive thru. Got two hot coffees. You can't get a senior citizens or veterans discount. You've got to sign up with them.

In the 20 minutes I sat in the car waiting for my wife to go in and get an iced coffee I watched 5 cars wait in the car line so long that they got out of line and drove away. There were 3 people in line inside and it took over 20 minutes to get our coffee. Horribly inefficient and lengthy waits.

I'm not a Starbucks person once in a while maybe ... but my wife loves it ...coffees are always accurate. Mistakes do happen, tho . Service is good and drive thru is faster...u have to remember all the people that got sick and tired of waiting for 30min at dunkin now go to Starbucks so with that said the line gets busy sometimes ....

Service was super slow. You compete with the drive-thru line which went around the building. Felt like they had priority with 3 baristas processing their orders. The cashier vanished after taking my order. Waited 20 minutes to get my drink and they unfortunately forgot my chocolate syrup. I didn't complain as I could see they were working so hard. Probably the slowest service I have ever received at a Starbucks. They definitely were short 2 or 3 staff members.

One of the best Starbucks locations i have been so far. Very cozy, nice and well organized. Personnel are also very friendly and helpful. This place really gives you joy and helps enjoy your drinks and food. Don't drive by, just get in and relax.

The employees didn't care that I sat there for quite a while before ordering. They weren't annoyed that I read what I wanted in my drink off the Marie Claire website. I noticed that they have a shelf of books for customers to read. I love this and can't wait to add some of my own when I'm done with them. Obviously the food is expensive but we all know that before we walk in there. The atmosphere was calm enough for me to focus on computer work. I enjoyed the music playing. The sandwich was fantastic. I ordered a White Raspberry Mocha (not on the menu) and it was perfect. Would go back again when I have spare dollars to spend.
