This truck driver cut me off at an intersection deliberately and then gave me the finger. I have a dashcam and I have sent the footage to TPS. It’s lovely how their employees risk lives on a daily basis causing collisions during rush hours.

They offered me an job offer letter and after 2 days they withdrawal the job offer without any reason and because of their offer, I had resign from my current job and now I am job less.

Unprofessional Company to work for . Communication skills suck with the management team . You work ridiculous amount of hours that you don’t get paid for . While you sit on the road until 630 -7 o’clock at night . Don’t get home into 10at night ,half of the people work on a hourly pay . Well I sat on salary only getting 8hrs day . Which I’d be coming early in the morning to work And have you wait around for 2hr (I do not recommend working here ) Like I said unprofessional and communication skills sucks !!

This truck driver pushed into our lane, we honked and still kept moving in with no care. Judging by the other reviews, looks like Coldhaus is getting a bad name from their truck drivers and might want to look into better/retraining for them.

My recent experience with ColdHaus was really, really terrible:- delivered package late and TO THE WRONG ADDRESS- never took responsibility or even apologized once for all of the stress and confusion caused by THEIR driver's mistake- absolutely no sense of urgency- never made it right by getting a replacement to me- terrible communication - had to badger to get updates or repliesIn the end I had to pick up my replacement because they screwed up so badly.They were hired to deliver Christmas beer Advent calendars for the LCBO. I ordered mine in September and was told it would arrive to arrive mid-November. When we approached the end of November I started emailing, and found out that they were behind, but I would for sure receive it by December 4th. Not ideal for an Advent calendar, but I was pretty sure my husband wouldn't be too upset to catch up on a few days of imported beers.I started emailing on Dec. 5th. The LCBO guy got back to me right away and gave me ColdHaus's contact info. ColdHaus didn't get back to me for a couple days and after much back and forth, on Monday morning (9th)they admitted that their driver had delivered the package to the wrong address! They never apologized for doing this and they did not offer any next steps to fix it. I asked that they prioritize - Advent was already 1/4 done - and go get it and deliver it to me that day. After all, it was early on Monday. They said the best they could do was Wednesday.Wednesday came and went. No package. No email update.Thursday I was off - no package. No email update.Thursday night I emailed again.Friday afternoon ColdHaus finally sent email that just said they did not have any replacement Beer Calendars. No explanation of what happened on Wednesday and no apology.Finally the LCBO guy was able to hook me up with a different customer that ColdHaus had delivered 3 Beer calendars to by accident (instead of 1) and I connected with her and drove to her home to pick one up. Sure was good of her to be honest about getting 3 of these instead of 1 -- they are worth $180 each! And as to the guy that signed for MY package and never contacted me, I found out that he simply did not answer the door when ColdHaus tried to pick it up from him. That guy is a thief and I hope his selfish act results in some bad karma.All of this mess was stressful, and my husband did not get his beef Advent calendar at the start of December even though I ordered it in September. That was disappointing, but the excellent support from the LCBO (and the offer of a refund) was good, and he will get his package at Christmas instead (and enjoy a January Advent calendar).ColdHaus' lack of care and complete dismissal of my lost package including no attempt to fix the problem that they created (delivering to the wrong address 3 weeks later than they were supposed to deliver) was completely unprofessional and disappointing. BTW, ColdHaus also had 10 spares from the LCBO that they also somehow misplaced" so they couldn't even deliver me one of those. Really
