I called Bentley Well Drilling. Miles returned my call within 10 minutes. My husband had made an appointment with a different company, without me knowing. When Miles called, he spent 10 minutes on the phone telling us what to look for, even though he was not the one doing the job. What a great company, to take the time to explain all of this to us. Recommend this company highly.

Miles really cares about his customers!!! After being stuck in a snowstorm up north. Miles checked in to see if anybody had fixed my well yet. And after explaining that after 5 other services either didnt call back or had not come out Miles took it upon himself to make sure we were next on his list.Fantastic service and fair pricesWould recommend them highly

Went to bed with very low water pressure last night and woke up to no pressure this morning. Called this morning and within 30 minutes received a text back that he would try to come out today. Less than an hour later got a text that he’d be here in 5 minutes. Fixed the issue with the relay switch and got the water working again. Couldn’t ask for better service. He explained what he was doing and why and was overall wonderful. Would fully 100% recommend him to anyone having issues.

Miles was kind, knowledgeable, and very reasonable! We so appreciate the care he took in explaining our home's well system. He also came out to our house for an urgent request the same afternoon. I would recommend him to anyone & everyone.

I had a leak in my well pipe 4' down. Miles came out and pulled it out and fixed it by hand for a very reasonable amount taking only 30 minutes to do the job. Another company came out and just gave me quote for over 9 times the amount I paid Miles and said he needed to send a crew out with a truck for the same job.

What a great experience it was to have Miles come over and work on my well. As busy as he was, he kept in contact with me until he was able to come over for the repair. ( i.e. it was not an emergency call.) He was thorough and explained everything in helpful detail. I will call him again if ever needed.
