While this Denny's has good food like other locations the service lags and the manager just looks grumpy every time I'm there making for an awkward visit(to which he called me out by name due to this on next visit, not cool or professional). However he did finally smile. Lol

Understaffed. Setting up a franchise commercial development in a small town, with limited human resources, seems like an odd decision. I had to hunt down staff in order to be seated. The food arrived relatively quickly but the server did not check in with me after the food was delivered. She focused on re-stocking table supplies rather than noticing that I was finished and waiting for the bill.

I always drive from the nwt to alberta and hardly ever stop to sit down in high level. I did today, and I will do again. The staff was lovely, the food was deeelicious! It was a clean, friendly dining experience. It didn't take long to get my food, I am thoroughly impressed. Thank you Dennys! I'm so glad you are here in High Level.I didn't take a photo of my food because I was very hungry haha. Next time!

Thus is one of the worst Denny's. Even when the restaurant is empty be prepared to be ignored, have your order turn out wrong, always short/missing things like jam and peanut butter.

Went out with my husband and kids, I ordered a cup of soup and Cobb salad. They ordered other standard fare. They all got their meals, I was told mine would be there right away. 20 min later, when they were pretty much done eating, they brought me the wrong salad- one I don't like, never got the soup. I said forget about it, you can take it back. My family is pretty much done. If it was busy I would understand more. But it was not. It also took over 20 min to get refills on a couple of sodas. It's frustrating because it was the simplest order- I'm not a Karen but that was ridiculous. Usually when people go out to eat, they get their food at pretty much the same time so they finish around the same time. If I wanted to eat it at home I would have ordered take out. Doesn't really make me want to go back anytime soon.

The bar food here is quite delicious,i did tried the power bowl and the southern bbq wings which kinda have became my new favorites here. Service is great plus the golf in the bar is another bonus to have. Totally recommend this place to go with friends family.

Perfect family restaurant for our young family. The kids got colouring sheets and crayons and a kids menu that they ordered from. We ordered an omelette and country fried steak. The food was tasty, portions were great, and friendly service. Definitely coming back.

Dennys in high level is definitely the worst place to go out to eat. It took over 15 mins for them to even take our drink order. The food took over half hour to get. And they were already grumpy. Without us even saying anything about the terrible service.

Slow service. 40 minutes to get breakfast and there was no one in the place. The food was disgusting the hash browns were disgusting and greasy. I got sick will never eat there again
