Very nice, friendly, fun, caring, welcoming and professional staff. Clean and modern facility with everything you could wish for during a donation. Almost feels like visiting friends once you've been there a couple of times and the people know you. I love to donate here!

I went here today for my first plasma donation and was a bit nervous.I ended up getting woozy and lightheaded. The moment I let someone know , I had several people there to help me. They were kind, sweet, non judgemental, and very professional. I'll definitely be coming back!I want to say thank you to the staff that helped me today. Was definitley a positive experience!

I started donating plasma this year. The staff are fantastic, very friendly and helpful. The site is impeccably clean. There are plenty of cookies and power bars. They are sometimes short staffed, so plan that the process as a whole can take up to 2 hours. Still, it’s well worth it.

Had booked an appointment for 10:30. After checking in on site I waited 45 minutes. Several people arrived later, yet it was their turn first. First thought they might have booked an earlier appointment slot but then found out that my appointment slot on their printed list wasn't even filled with my name (only yellow marker). So it would have been an hour just to get started. Left without donating... I hope they will improve their process for handling online appointments and walk-ins. Clearly doesn't work.

The two gentlemen who helped me during my first donation were super kind and sweet. They guided me through the questionnaire and all the steps of plasma donation, and helped quell my fears about potentially feeling the RBCs going back in. I also got a whole bunch of stuff for being a first time donor which was really nice, and you get a few choices of after-donation snack.

I go almost every week. Just sit back and watch a show on my phone. Great way to volunteer the time to donate for about an hour. The plasma is used for medicine. Great people

Literally just came to support my someone who was donating and I felt like I was in thr pilots lounge or something. Swanky center, attentive and VIP treatment. If you faint here they probably catch you with a heated Egyptian cotton towel or something, just crazy awesome treatment and super attentive staff.

I was a bit nervous, it was my first plasma donation and they went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, relaxed and answered all of my questions. Patrick really made me at ease with the way he explained every step of the process and made sure I understood before proceeding. Everyone was so friendly. I was lucky to be in for valentine's day, the decorations, the roses and the heart shaped cookie were a lovely surprise that made my visit extra special! Thank you!
