Since the rebranding from TSC I've found that prices have risen and selection has decreased. Their flash sales" with their online club used to have some really good deals

Amazing little hardware store, pop rox are only 50 cents too if your little one needs a sweet snack while you shop.

Absolutely terrible customer service. asked 3 people if i could get a trail camera from the cabinet but they all refused. They make it almost impossible to spend money in this store.

horrible customer service, completely unknowledge and unwilling to help - love the products they sell but their employees don't know jack! Waited on hold for 5 minutes only to be told its in stock and when asked the price I was told I dunno

Peavey Mart is the place you can get your industrial strength tools and anything that you needed to keep the farm or your industrial business going. The staff there are very knowledgeable and competent. They are also very friendly. The store is kept very clean and they are definitely following covid guidelines. This is the place where you get your hard to find tools and accessories. I do like their clothing lines as well.

Location offers a wide range of brand name items at competitive prices. Where they could improve is with their staffs willingness to offer customer assistance. During my recent visit, at least 3 staff members walked close by me without asking if I needed help finding something (I did need help) and 2 of them didn't even bother to make eye contact or say hello. It's like they were purposely trying to avoid interaction. It's possible they were already assisting another customer but what does it take to say hello and say I'll be right with you?

This is the South London store at Wharncliffe and Wonderland road intersection. Even though they are a larger store than many with a better selection of products. All Peavy Marts killed the old TSC stores when they bought the chain and converted them over. Now you can't find nearly as much of the more specific hardware farm and light industrial supplies that TSC was founded on. You can't even get hardened bolts anymore and their selection of many other common things in hardware and other things like that have been greatly reduced. CTC has a better selection of general hardware. And if they don't have it your stuck looking for a specialty provider. They are a great general department store now though with a great selection of clothing products.

It was first and last time I go. Staff was hard to find, they would say one second then pick up a phone then help the next customer while I’m still standing there. Rude and unprofessional cashier
