After two other companies failed to show up on time I called them. My spa was getting colder and colder and I didn't want to have to empty it in the middle of winter.They provided me an estimate by email, provided a time window and respected it. When they did arrive the spa was repaired within an hour.

I’ve had work done with Service Laflamme (no direct family connection) on 2 occasions. They have been very easy to deal with, have been helping me through the decision process and have provided timely and proactive updates with pictures. I have been able to deal with them on a completely remote and paperless approach, which is great value for me since I live abroad and the house is occupied by tenants. Strongly recommend.

The technician was very informative and polite. He even took off his shoes at the front door! He didn't have the piece we needed in stock so he send me the link and I was able to order it, which was cheaper. He even said that because the visit was only half an hour, he would come back without charge if we couldn't install the piece.
