Certified Roof Repairs

We woke up this morning to multiple leaks in our kitchen and immediately sent out inquiries to a number of roofing companies. Marc responded promptly and was at the house within about 30 minutes to complete his assessment and recommendation. We were expecting to have to replace the roof given what we thought was its advanced age and condition but Marc identified the issue and will shortly be implementing corrective measures - all with the intent of prolonging the life of our existing roof. He was honest, forthcoming, hard working (had to shovel snow off the roof and sledgehammer many inches of ice), and personable. Very pleased with his work, demeanor, and most importantly for providing advice most suited for our present financial circumstances. Thanks Marc. We would happily recommend him in the future.

We initially hired Marc to fix a minor hole in our siding. He did a great job and we discussed that in the the future we would be replacing the siding. Our problem though is that his business card states that he is a jack of all trades and he assured us he could install a window and that we just had to purchase it. After purchasing the window, we have been ghosted by Marc. Zero communication over 2 weeks. We are now down $900 and stuck with a window no one wants to install as window installers will only install windows that they distribute. I don't understand what happened, communication simply stopped. It was very unprofessional and I would advise anyone not to hire Marc for anything other than roofing. Marc seems like a great guy who takes pride in his work and we were fairly sure we would be hiring him in the future for roofing related work but now we're extremely disappointed.

Marc and his team did a fantastic job replacing the roof on our house and garage. They also did some repair work to our fascia and soffits at no extra charge. It was in the late fall when the weather was dicey but they didn't take any risks, ultimately finishing the job in 3 days. I would highly recommend Certified Roof Repairs to anyone looking for any roofing work.

Marc was exceptionally fast to reply and professional with his workmanship. Following a storm we lost a number of shingles and he made it a point to come by before the next rainfall. Can't say enough good things his communication, work and attitude. Do not hesitate to call him when in need of anything roof related.

After some of the wind storms we've had, we have had Marc come out to do some quick repairs, which he has taken care of right away, even when busy. Excellent And ProfessionalOakville 5 days agoMarc is an extremely professional, courteous, and top notch guy. I cannot speak highly enough of the work he did for us. We tried two other roofers with no success before we found Marc and nothing was too much trouble for him even though it was quite a small job. Best guy we have have ever found for fixing roofing issues and he really knows his stuff. Ours is a Marley Tile roof.

We were very concerned when our awning over our bedroom window became loose on a very windy Sunday morning. I scrambled to call a number of companies to see who could come out, expecting that we’d be stuck until Monday, but got a hold of Marc and he was up the ladder at our house within 45 minutes. He secured the awning and gave us realistic options for a longer term fix.Such great service!
