I was there with my son 14 month old at 9am and waited so long for service my food wasn't cooked potatoes were raw and we have gone 5 times always terrible service way to wait of getting service I'm a manager of a restaurant so it's not acceptable the service here. You will wait to long and get a bill of what you didn't want or to expect only once got a discount. As a full time mom not accepting being neglected and such bad service when not even being checked on. Don't go here. I'm disgusted with lack of service. I never order more than enough to share as not worth my money.

I ordered the Mediterranean chicken wrap which was delicious however, my experience wasn't the greatest.When my partner and I first arrived, it was busy, they sat us at a table that was dirty, and then we waited 10 minutes just for our server to give us our menus. I understand that it was busy, however I don't believe it would've taken that much effort to give us our menus.We waited another 12 minutes for her to come by and ask us for our orders. And when we wanted a second drink we couldn't get her attention as she was purposely avoiding eye contact with us.Through this whole thing she was very friendly with the regulars and chatting with them.I will not be coming here again.

Tasty food and reasonable price. Lots of selections! Our must go to place for lunch and dinners each year after the Thomas train ride. Will definitely come back again.

loved the design of restaurant... the milkshakes we purchased were ok but not well mixed and they were a bit over priced... all in all though, service was nice and it had a nice feel!

I've been to other Wimpy's locations and the food is never in question. Standard, safe and expected Diner fare. Which by itself would get it 5 stars in my book, because the food is always what you expect it to be.The 3 stars here is because this is the only Wimpy's I've been to, that is NOT Handicap Accessible. I don't mean the inside of the restaurant. I mean that you can't even get to the front door of the restaurant. There's a large step at the west end of the sidewalk at the corner (painted highway yellow so you don't trip over it) and a staircase of 3 steps to the east of the store.It's impossible to get a wheelchair to the front door. I'm actually surprised at this because I remember when it opened and I'm pretty sure accessibility" was mandatory even then. (Parking spaces and ramps.)Oddly enough

I’ve been to two other locations and had garbage at both.The Uxbridge location was so much better thank God. The burgers taste like the way a burger should, delicious. The float drink was amazing. The only problem was the cleanliness. It could use a deep steam cleaning and some fine tuning with the decor. Overall I liked it. I will definitely go back and recommend it.
