It’s a decent little place to eat however the service could use some work as it’s a little bit disorganized. Cashiers were friendly but it seemed to like they were rushing. Price wise is what you would expect for the place it’s in. Generally speaking it’s not a bad place but they could make some improvements.

It's a pity you have to pay to get into the zoo to visit here, it is a nice fast food style cafe with good dishes. A range to satisfy carnivores and vegans at an acceptable price. As well the floor show is hard to beat

Poor customer service, the cashier looked like he hated his job, bad attitude, no friendly greeting. We ordered a combo, but we didn’t get our fries, they asked for receipt but the cashier had taken it when we ordered. So we didn’t get the fries. Not dining here again. -100/10

Worth the food prices when the polar bears are around.A great place to cool down on a hot day.

Who doesn't want to have fries and burger and watch the polar bears roll around? Indoor playground (no charge) and gift shop. The food is good for cafeteria style. Great for a pit stop for the kids. Watch the polar bears, have an icecream sandwich, let the kids play in the indoor playground and chill out for a few minutes.Great family stop.

Super gross food. Worse then cafe at Assiniboine park. Which is pretty hard to beat considering they use low quality garbage and don’t know how to cook. Over expensive garbage. Better off going to fast food as it’s just as good. I recommend the fries as they are only thing decent and the price is reasonable. The rest is waste.

They were very good about accommodating dietary issues. Not a very long wait (that specific day, anyway)Lots of room for seating, great menu. Bears were always wandering around the area so we had lots of entertainment for lunch. Great experience
